Terms & Conditions

By creating an account on trampo.com.kw, completing a booking, or entering any Trampo Kuwait venue, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and any additional waiver or rules presented to you at booking or at the venue. If you do not agree, do not use the website and do not complete a booking.

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Trampo Extreme General Trading Co. W.L.L., Kuwait ("Trampo").

• You must be 18 or older to create an account. If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must register on your behalf.
• You are responsible for keeping the information in your account (name, email, phone) accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or close any account that breaches these Terms, is used fraudulently, or is used to abuse our services or staff.
• You can close your account at any time by contacting us or via your account settings.

• All prices are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received and you have received the booking confirmation email with a reference number.
• Sessions start at their scheduled times. Late arrival does NOT extend your session and time lost is not refunded.
• Prices and packages may change at any time. The price applied to your booking is the one shown at the moment you complete checkout.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking if the information provided is incorrect or if we suspect fraud.

• Tickets are non-refundable after booking.
• You may request to reschedule to another date/time with at least 24 hours' notice before your original session, subject to availability.
• No-shows and late arrivals beyond any posted grace period count as a used session and are not refundable.
• If we cancel your session for any reason (emergency closure, maintenance, weather, force majeure), we will offer you a reschedule or a full refund.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take 7–14 working days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Trampo grip socks are mandatory on the trampolines. They are sold on site and remain yours.
• You may not enter under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you have a medical condition that makes physical activity unsafe (e.g. pregnancy, back / neck / knee injuries, heart conditions, epilepsy).
• Following the instructions of Trampo staff and all posted safety rules is mandatory. Staff may ask any guest who refuses to leave without refund.
• Commercial photography or videography requires prior written permission. Personal photos are allowed, subject to other guests' privacy.
• No smoking. No outside food or drink.
• Any deliberate damage to equipment or property is charged to the person responsible.

Trampo activities (trampolining, softplay, Skytrail, and similar) carry inherent risks including bruises, sprains, fractures, concussions, neck and spinal injuries, paralysis, and in rare cases death. By completing a booking or entering a venue, you acknowledge those risks and voluntarily accept them. Every guest is also subject to a separate waiver and release of liability presented during checkout and on entry, which is binding to the fullest extent permitted under Kuwaiti law.

• A parent or legal guardian (18+) must accept the waiver and release of liability on behalf of any minor under 18.
• Children aged 7 and under must be supervised by an adult on the premises.
• In the jumping area, children aged 5 and under must be accompanied by an adult on the trampoline.
• The guardian is responsible for the actions of the minor and for any resulting damages.

When you create an account or complete a booking you agree to receive operational messages relating to your booking (confirmations, reminders, abandoned-checkout recovery, status updates, receipts, password resets, and similar).

By creating an account on trampo.com.kw and accepting these Terms, you also agree to receive marketing and promotional messages from Trampo Kuwait about offers, events, news, and new products. You can stop these messages at any time by:

• Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in the footer of any marketing email.
• Updating your preferences in your account settings.
• Contacting us via the contact page or WhatsApp.

Opting out of marketing does not affect operational messages required for your booking.

All trademarks, logos, photos, text, video, and content on trampo.com.kw and in our venues are owned by Trampo or licensed to it. They may not be copied, reproduced, or reused for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

We may take photos or video at our venues for safety and marketing purposes. You may opt out by notifying staff in writing before or during your visit.

To the fullest extent permitted by Kuwaiti law, Trampo and its owners, employees, agents, and partners are not liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (b) loss of data or profits; (c) injury or loss arising from a breach of posted safety rules or staff instructions; (d) failures of third-party services (payment providers, telecom carriers, internet providers).

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total liability is limited to the greater of (i) the total amount you paid to Trampo in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) the amount paid for the specific booking in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold Trampo harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your actions or those of any minor you are responsible for, or your misuse of the website or venues.

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including: natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, government closure, civil unrest, infrastructure failures, or attacks on our network.

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. Accepting these Terms includes accepting the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated clearly via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the website or venues after a change is treated as acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
