FAQ
Jump packages (Murouj and Promenade) are for ages 7 and above. Softplay packages (Murouj Softplay and Messilah Beach) are for guests up to 150 cm tall, typically ages 3 to 7.
Total time ranges from 90 minutes to 3 hours depending on the package: 60 to 120 minutes of activity time + 30 to 60 minutes in the celebration room.
No. The celebrant is always free and not counted in the base invitee number. Each package lists the base invitee count separately.
Yes. Birthday cakes from outside are welcome. Other food and drinks should come from our menu unless we agree on allergy-friendly options in advance.
We can usually accommodate extra invitees on the day. Each package lists the price per extra invitee, and we settle the final number with you before you leave.
Of course. Parents are welcome to stay throughout the party, with seating in the celebration area and a coffee corner in most venues.
A non-refundable deposit confirms your slot. The remaining balance and any extras are settled on the party day. Send us a message via WhatsApp for the current deposit amount.
Before you book
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date and time, especially for weekends and school holidays.
A deposit is required to confirm the booking. Final guest count and payment are settled before the party day.
Each package covers a base number of invitees (10 to 25 depending on the package). Extra invitees are charged per person at the rate listed on the package card.
The birthday cake is welcome from outside. Other food and drinks should come from our menu, with the exception of allergy-friendly options arranged in advance.
Date changes are possible if requested at least 7 days in advance and subject to availability. Same-week changes may not be possible.
