Cookie policy

This page explains the cookies we use, specific examples you may find in your browser, and how to control them.

1) What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files your browser saves on your device to help run the website, remember your preferences, measure performance, and measure advertising. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage to store temporary information (e.g., cart contents).

2) Categories of cookies we use

(a) Essential / strictly necessary

Required for core features such as sign-in, remembering your cart, your payment session, and securing the transaction. The site cannot function without them.

(b) Analytics / performance

Help us understand how the site is used and measure performance so we can improve. These come from Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, plus local storage entries that remember how you reached us.

(c) Advertising / marketing

Used by ad platforms (Meta and TikTok) to measure campaign performance and optimize ad delivery. Note that important conversion signals (e.g., purchases) are also sent server-side from our servers via the Conversions API / Events API, with personal identifiers hashed (SHA-256) before they leave.

(d) Third-party cookies on payment pages

During checkout, certain cookies from Ottu, KNET, and your card issuer (3-D Secure) appear inside the payment frame. These are necessary to complete the transaction securely.

3) How to control cookies

  • You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The control is usually under "Privacy & Security".
  • Disabling essential cookies will break sign-in, the cart, and checkout.
  • To opt out of Meta and TikTok ad tracking, adjust your ad preferences inside your account on each platform.
  • To opt out of Google Analytics, you can install Google's official browser opt-out add-on.
  • To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in the footer of any message, the one-click unsubscribe button in Gmail, or your account settings on the site.

4) Contact
