From Salwa, your three options
Salwa is large and bordered by three Hawalli neighborhoods plus the Gulf coast. Depending on which block you live on, the closest venue changes. Here's the rule of thumb.
Trampo Messilah Beach
Closest for south Salwa. About 5 minutes via the Gulf Road. Inside the Marina Messilah Beach resort, toddler-friendly soft play included.

About 10–12 minutes via the 3rd Ring Road. Inside the mall, great for families that want food + jumps in one outing.

What Salwa families should know
Toddler-friendly options
If your kids are under 6, head to Messilah Beach or Murouj, both have soft play areas and a separate toddler zone. The Promenade is best for ages 6+.
Open late, even in summer
All three venues stay open until 11 PM. After-school visits work; late-evening visits avoid the worst Kuwait heat.

Which Trampo is closest to Salwa Co-op?
If you're near the co-op (central Salwa), all three venues are within 10–15 minutes. Trampo Messilah Beach is the shortest hop via the Gulf Road.
Can my 4-year-old play at Trampo?
Yes, go to Murouj or Messilah Beach for the soft play and toddler zones. The Promenade's main floor is for 6+ (120 cm minimum).
What about strollers and breastfeeding rooms?
All three venues have stroller-friendly entrances. Messilah Beach and Murouj have private feeding rooms; The Promenade Mall has shared family facilities nearby.
Is there food on-site?
The Promenade has full mall restaurants downstairs. Messilah Beach has the Marina resort café. Murouj has a small in-venue snack counter; we recommend a meal before or after.
