Every Wednesday at Trampo The Promenade, buy a 1-hour jumping ticket and your second hour is free. Book online for the same day or walk in.
How it works
Pick a Wednesday
Choose the Wednesday and the start time that suit you. Sessions run for two hours.
Choose Adult or Junior
Adult is the main trampoline court, ages 6 and up. Junior is the toddler court, ages 3 to 5. Pay the normal 1-hour price.
Jump for two hours
Pay online and your 2-hour ticket is confirmed on the spot. Show it at reception and jump.

Terms
- Valid only at Trampo The Promenade.
- Valid on Wednesdays only, for sessions starting on a Wednesday.
- One free hour per paid 1-hour jumping ticket, used in the same visit.
- Adult ticket: ages 6 and up. Junior ticket: ages 3 to 5.
- Cannot be combined with other offers, promo codes or discounted tickets.
- Grip socks and a signed waiver are required; standard safety rules apply.
- Subject to capacity and availability.
Good to know
Adult is for anyone aged 6 and up on the main trampoline court. Junior is for children aged 3 to 5 on the toddler court, and one guardian goes in with them for free.
